I'll be there, probably about just before 1pm, since I have to drop the kids off at gymnastics. But I plan to be there to provide my support in the defence of democracy. Stephane Dion and Bob Rae might think giving the Bloc Quebecois the power to dictate government policy is a good thing, but I don't.
And I don't think you do, either.
So go to Rally for Canada and see if there is a rally in your part of the country, and try to attend if you can. I'll update this post later today with photos.
Apologies: This happens every time. When CPAC ground Garth Turner down to size, I was out buying milk and juice. When Stephane Dion's CTV interview aired, I was at Staples buying art supplies for the kids.
And now I missed the Rally for Canada in Kitchener because my youngest boy developed a nasty cough and fever, so I was off to the clinic.
Dammit.
So sorry. I couldn't make it and I have no pictures. Simon is doing fine (antibiotics for an ear infection), and I know that Canada is going to be fine too.
