For people with BlackBerries and iPhones, there is no question of having a fully-functional browser in the palm of your hands. But for people with mobile phones, Web access sounds good on paper, but rarely lives up to its promise. That's because the browsers on these devices are far less capable than the newer 3G version. Most websites render as gibberish on those devices.
